Master double bedroom, double aspect, with 5′ bed, distant sea views and storage, en-suite shower room with WC and hand basin. Zip and link double bedroom with 2 x 3′ beds and storage. Twin room with 3′ beds, and room for a put up bed, storage and a family bathroom with bath, hand basin and WC and airing cupboard.

Downstairs there is a large sitting room with log burner and a lovely sunny conservatory furnished with table and chairs, a bright, sunny kitchen, hall, cloakroom, shower room, and utility room, useful for wet dogs and wellies. (please note that the photograph of the sitting room still shows an open wood fire, not the newly installed wood burner).

Outside there is a patio and large, fenced in garden, with plenty of room for games of football and running around.

Guests in Meadow have the advantage of being able to drive their car through the farm and park above Molunnan beach which is useful for elderly guests and those with young children.

Meadow House has oil fired central heating and log burner to keep the cottage warm out of season.

Wi-fi and broadband speed is now good.

Up to 3 well-behaved dogs are welcome at a small additional cost of £30 per dog / per week although please remember that you cannot leave dogs unattended in the house – more small dogs on request.
